Driver Requirements
To join our team, you should meet the following qualifications
- Valid license
- Current DOT medical card
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Clean MVR
- No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, excessive speeding)
- No serious at-fault accidents within the last 3–5 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Auto transport experience preferred (2 car enclosed or 3–5 car open trailer)
- Knowledge of proper vehicle securement (straps, chains, binders)
- Ability to perform detailed pickup and delivery inspections
- Submit clear photo documentation
- Maintain clean and organized equipment
- Strong communication with dispatch
- Professional appearance and customer interaction
- Willing to stay on the road 3–4 weeks
- Flexible with nationwide routes

- Submit accurate BOLs, documentation, and vehicle photos.
- Follow DOT safety requirements and keep equipment clean and inspected.
